Data Room / Due diligence

GI Group Investor
Data Room

The public website summarizes GI Group’s business model, traction, economics, market strategy and investment programme. The Data Room brings together supporting company, technical, financial and risk material for investor review.

Controlled access

Access is provided for relevant investor due diligence following a request. Private source files are not exposed directly on the public website.

Request access by email. Include your name, company, role and investment / diligence context.

01 / The evidence boundary

Public summary outside.
Supporting evidence inside.

Public website

Business model, documented traction, representative economics, market strategy, investment programme, leadership and public investor questions.

Controlled Data Room

Underlying corporate documents, technical studies and proposals, financial information, risk / Q&A documentation and supporting diligence records.

The public Data Room landing page does not expose private file links. Source documents and controlled-access material remain separate from the public summaries.

02 / Material for review

Five areas of evidence.

Structured for review, with the status of each material kept distinct from the outcomes GI plans to deliver.

  1. Company

Company one-pager, pitch deck, company registration and corporate / business overview material.

    Company context and registered entity.

  2. Letters and grants

Letters of Intent, relevant grant / financing opportunity material and related institutional correspondence where included.

LOIs are not customer contracts. WBIF / Tuzla material represents a lead / opportunity, not secured funding, an awarded grant or a signed project.

  3. Technical and suppliers

Feasibility study, machinery / production-technology proposals, supplier material, construction material / offers and technical references.

Proposals and offers are not signed supplier or construction contracts.

  4. Financials

Cost overview, financial overview / model, capital / financing information and cap-table material.

Reference economics and financing plans are distinct from operating results. GI does not yet have operating revenue.

  5. Risk and Q&A

Risk assessment, investor Q&A, competitor / market analysis where included, and current disclosure / diligence material.

Open questions and execution risks remain part of the review.

03 / Current status

Evidence includes
what remains open.

Investor review should cover both the material that exists and the work not yet completed. Some diligence categories include open items and current status disclosures, rather than completed proof.

See documented traction

Traction summarizes what is on paper today and what remains open. The Data Room supports deeper review.

Not yet in place

  • Signed customer contract
  • GI operating revenue
