Team / Execution

Twenty years together.
No learning curve.

GI’s core leadership is built around long working relationships and years of preparation. This is not a team assembled for a fundraising presentation. Complementary experience in strategy, finance, technology and operations supports the move from preparation into execution.

02 / How the team works

Complementary roles.
One execution responsibility.

Leadership, financial oversight, technical delivery, operations and market development are connected parts of the same infrastructure model.

Strategy and financial discipline
Company leadership and finance connect the investment plan with the work required to build an operating business.
Technical delivery and operations
Technical and operational roles connect asset installation with the long-term responsibility to operate and maintain it.
Market development
AI & Marketing supports GI’s public positioning, B2B growth and digital sales pipelines.

03 / Preparation before capital

“We are ready to build.”

The business concept has been developed since 2018. That preparation precedes the current raise and the later registration of GI Group d.o.o.; it is not a claim that the registered company has operated since 2018.

The next step is operating proof. GI does not yet have an operating factory or asset portfolio.

04 / Company-building principles

Built for the long term.

Develop young employees.

Training and the development of practical skills are part of GI’s company-building approach.

Opportunity and equal pay.

The stated principles include a commitment to women in the workforce and equal pay.

Build beyond one cycle.

A long-term, generational perspective guides the ambition to build a lasting operating company.
