Who is responsible
GI GROUP d.o.o. is the website operator and data controller for website-related processing. Our registered address is Industrijska zona Aleksandrovac bb, Laktaši, Laktaši, Bosnia and Herzegovina. For privacy requests, contact aleksandar.ilisevic@gi-doo.com or +387 66 744 721.
Scope and legal basis
We handle personal data under applicable Bosnia and Herzegovina personal-data protection law. Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, its corresponding rights and requirements also apply. We use consent for optional analytics. Technical operation and security, and ordinary business correspondence, are based on our legitimate interests where applicable, balanced against individuals’ rights. Enquiries may also involve steps requested before a contract or compliance with legal obligations, depending on their purpose.
Technical access data
Normal web-server logs may include an IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser / user-agent and other technical request information. These data support delivery, reliability and security of the website. Retention follows hosting and security operational requirements and is limited to what is necessary; this notice does not specify an unverified day count.
Email and investor enquiries
The site uses email links, not an enquiry form. Clicking an email link opens your email application; information is sent when you choose to send the message. It may include your name, email, company, role, message, diligence context and anything you voluntarily provide. We use it to respond, communicate with investors, handle Data Room enquiries and maintain business correspondence. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal information. Private Data Room source files are not exposed on the public website.
Optional Google Analytics
With analytics consent, the production website uses Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-JCZDBV7E6G, to understand website use, including pages and events, and device / browser information. Google provides this analytics service. Analytics identifiers and usage data may be processed; we do not describe this as fully anonymous or claim that IP addresses are never processed at network level. Before acceptance, the website does not load Google Analytics or send analytics requests. Rejecting analytics does not prevent use of the website. See the Cookie Policy for preference storage and withdrawal.
Recipients and international processing
Relevant recipients may include hosting / infrastructure and email service providers, Google when analytics consent is granted, professional advisers or service providers where necessary, and authorities where disclosure is legally required. GI does not sell website visitor personal data. Providers may process information outside your country. Where a transfer requires safeguards under applicable law, appropriate legal safeguards are required and relied on; contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry. We do not assert that all processing occurs in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
How long information is kept
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the business or diligence relationship and applicable legal recordkeeping. Analytics retention follows the configured Google Analytics settings; an exact duration is not stated here because it has not been verified. Technical logs follow necessary hosting and security requirements. Consent preference storage is described in the Cookie Policy.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law and its exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, and request data portability where legally applicable. You can withdraw analytics consent through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal or erase information already transmitted. Contact aleksandar.ilisevic@gi-doo.com to exercise your rights; proportionate information may be requested to verify your identity. You may complain to the competent supervisory authority, including the Personal Data Protection Agency in Bosnia and Herzegovina, or the relevant EU supervisory authority where applicable.
Updates
This notice may be updated to reflect changes in the website or its processing. The update date appears above. Contact us if you need clarification about a particular processing activity.
